Vijay to return for his Dad's sake

After the stupendous success of Pokkiri, Villu is the name of the film where Ilayathalapathy Vijay will once again be directed by India’s Michael Jackson Prabhu Deva. The magic that they had woven in Pokkiri is expected to be repeated in this project also. Shooting for Villu is happening at a brisk phase and the unit had recently left for Switzerland to shoot a few song sequences.
Meanwhile in Chennai, Vijay’s father S A Chandrashekar, under his home banner V V creations is producing and directing Pandhayam which has Nithin Sathya in a key role who is being supported by Sindu Thulani. The audio release of this film is scheduled to be held on the 22nd August. Kollywood circles reveal that Vijay had decided to make a lightning visit from Swiss to Chennai from grace this function and then get back to the shoots of Villu.

Viilu waits for vadivelu

A song with Vijay, Nayanthara, Prakash Raj, Sriman and Vadivelu was supposed to shot at locations of Switzerland but the actor Vadivelu was absent and called off the call sheet. The comedian Vadivelu earlier made this kind of misbehavior on various sets is once again showing his true color for Vijay. London Karuna of Ayngaran Films tried his best to bring Vadivelu on sets but Vadivelu was stubborn about his decisions. Actor Prakash Raj and Sriman was sent back to Chennai sets for shooting some of the scenes. After this incident majority of producers and directors of Kollywood Industry have decided not to include Vadivelu in their forthcoming projects.

Nayanthara Sizzling snaps at Zweisimmen

For Villu shooting Nayanthara is in Zweisimmen at Europe. Illayathalapathy Vijay, Prabhu Deva, Prakash Raj and Cameraman Ravi Varman with 40members of crew are at Swiss location. Nayan says that the weather is good and the shooting is progressing well but she was bit tensed about the release of Sathyam on August 14. Zweisimmen is a historic town and this was the first time Nayanthara visiting this location. Nayan got an entirely new experience in a small town with no Newspapers, Television or Internet. A day before Nayanthara went miles for browsing in an Internet Cafe only then she would know what’s happening in the world. Nayanthara loves surfing whenever she gets some time she will be online.

Vijay Villu is wrapping up its shooting in a quicker pace and it is expecting to release at the end of this year. Vijay says that the film is shaping well and the film will be liked by all his fans and the viewers. Vijay and Prabhu Deva had worked before for the film “Pokkiri” and they both have good understanding with each other. Nayanthara Vijay dance sequences recently shot had come good enough and it would be nice to see in big screens. Namitha did a small role for the film “Azhagiya Tamil Magan” with Vijay after this film she acted in Ajith’s Billa and now she is bags number of films. According to a source Prabhu Deva approached for Vijay’s Villu film for an item song. Namitha refused the offer due to her decision made in recent times. She feels that the item numbers would damage her image and feels that she is likely to play heroine roles in films. Villu Vijay Stunts in Chennai

As Villu is shaping well with the first part of the shoot were finished at Palani and the second schedule of the film is packed well at Chennai but the shooting were undergoing at Chennai during nights. The shooting starts from first July onwards and there were huge security measures at Nandambakkam area at night times. The source says that the Vijay is rocking with the stunt scenes which were taken. After the shooting the entire team will transfer to Thirunelveli for filming the vital scenes. Prabhu Deva Director of the movie shot a song with Vijay and Nayanthara at Adhirapalli waterfalls near Chalakudi Kerala. There were no ideas for making a glamorous song sequence for the movie but after seeing her Sathyam glamorous pictures the director and the actor decided to do this song sequence. It is going to be the picturescape Switzerland for the shooting of the romance songs of Ilayathalapathi Vijay and glam doll Nayantara. The unit of Prabhu Deva’s Villu, produced by Ayngaran International has left for Switzerland to can two songs and some scene’s in switzerland.

Villu kuthu song in pollachi

The Vijay- Nayanthara action entertainer Villu, directed by Prabhu Deva is making brisk progress. Last week, during the nights, action scenes were canned for the film in and arond the busy streets of Chennai.

The film has some awesome action scenes which are very crucial to the story. After completing the Chennai schedule, the unit has now left for Pollachi to shoot a song for the film.

According to sources in the industry, Prabhu Deva wants to shoot the ultimate Kuthu song for the film. Remember some of the most popular Kuthu numbers in Tamil cinema have featured our Ilayathalapathy. One of the major highlights of Vijay- Prabhu Deva’s earlier Pokkiri was the songs and its picturisation. Who can forget the chartbusting kuthu number Mambazham ma…?

Similarly in Villu, music director Devi Sri Prasad is said to have composed a mass kuthu number which will be picturised on Vijay and Nayanthara in Pollachi this week. The song, it is believed, is sure to make the fans of the star happy.

Villu movie Story

A remake of the Bollywood flick Soldier which was earlier titled Singam is now changed as Vil. The change of the title took place since Director Hari had claimed the right for Singam. This Vijay starrer is being directed by Prabhu Deva. Incidentally Vil was originally registered by S.J.Surya. Actually the director is doing a film under the same title in Telugu with Pawan Kalyan in the lead. He also announced that he would act in its Tamil version soon.
But Vijay had taken the initiative and somehow persuaded S.J.Surya to part away with this title. Asin will be pairing with Vijay in this film. This movie is to hit the floors on June 7th at Palani.

Singam Changed as Vil|villu

The name is Villu and its official. Vijay’s next movie with Prabudeva has been named Villu and has started its shooting in Pazhani. Villu said to be a racy movie with all the ingredients Vijay fans will love has Ilayathalapathi Vijay and Nayantara playing the lead roles. The movie went through a series of name change, with the initial title being Seval. This title was registered by director Hari for his upcomming movie with Bharath, and Hari refused to part with the title to Vijay. Then Vijay and Prabudeva chose the title Singam for the movie and Hari then announced that his next project with Surya is titled Singam.
Hence the final title of the movie Villu. Hope the title proves lucky for the Vijay-Prabudeva combination and they can repeat their Pokkiri success.

The Prabhudeva-directed, action-adventure features Nayan in a rather girl-next-door manner as opposed to the image she created for herself with Satyam. However, rumors were rife that Prabhudeva decided to modify
Nayan’s role suiting to her current image.
When inquired about it, Prabhudeva slammed the reports and stated that he did not alter Nayan’s role. “Her role will have all elements in equal proportion but there won’t be any forced skin show,” he added.

Cast and crew of Villu including director Prabhudeva will very soon be packing their bags and some woolen for their overseas shoot schedules. The entire Villu team is flying to France and Ukraine for filming song sequences very soon, as per sources. Shoots will be carried out for a period of 25 days – 15 days in Ukraine and 10 in France.Besides, based on S.A. Chandrasekhar’s request, Villu will feature Vijay fan club’s recently released flag in one of the scenes. Prabhudeva has heeded to the request and has agreed to have such a scene after deliberations.
